The delivery time is estimated. Delivery is Monday to Friday only.
Delivery times may vary, especially during holiday and peak periods, therefore we cannot guarantee 100% it will be delivered on the estimated arrival date. In some small cases delays may happen in transit meaning your order may be delivered after the estimated dates.
Unfortunately once the order has left us we have no control on the delivery time and cannot be held liable for normal variability of the courier service.
Returns & Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your product for any reason you can return the item to us within 30 days of receipt we will offer you a refund or replacement as long as the returned item is unused and in its original packaging and condition with no parts missing, marks, scratches or damage of any kind.
We require the buyer to return the item on a tracked service, providing us with the tracking details. This makes the returns process more efficient. A full refund for the item will be issued once it is returned and an inspection is logged. Customer will be refunded the price at time of purchase only. The refund will be issued to the payment card and can take 48 – 72 hours (working days) to appear in the customer’s account.
