Delivery Information

Please note we will normally dispatch your order within 1 working day upon receipt of cleared payment. The delivery time will depend on the postal service selected:

Free Delivery – 1-3 working days.

Working day is defined as Monday to Friday and excludes bank holidays and national holidays.

Delivery times may vary, especially during holiday and peak periods, therefore we cannot guarantee 100% your order will be delivered in the estimated day range as specified as in some small cases delays may happen in transit meaning your order may be delivered after.

Unfortunately once the order has left us we have no control on the delivery time and cannot be held liable for normal variability of the courier service.

If you have provided a mobile number, the courier will text you on the day of your delivery.

If you’ve ordered multiple items, it is not uncommon for these to come via different couriers due to item size or stock location.

Please note some areas of the UK will not be under the free postage bracket and can take slightly longer for delivery.

Tracking Your Item

Please note that we use different couriers depending on the size of your item. Not all products will be sent with at tracked service (usually smaller items). If your product comes via a tracked service the courier will be in touch. If you require a tracking code, please feel free to email us if the courier has not.
